My path began as a student and academic of sociology, where I became interested in group dynamics and organizational development as a way to raise awareness, enhance the quality of work/life and foster connection between people. I'm still in that, working as consultant, coach and lecturer in many different fields ... life is so rich and interesting!
In the last years, I felt myself drawn to a more personal and embodied approach, supporting others to expand into presence and liberate themselves to their deeper purpose: engage the moment, unfold the future!
