The term “Circling®” is a registered trademark of The Circling® Institute. That trademark has been entrusted to The International Circling® Federation via a long-term licensing agreement, thus it is the International Circling Federation’s duty to protect and manage its usage among practitioners and schools.
All individuals who seek to use the term Circling® in their marketing materials and/or descriptions of their services need to apply to The International Circling® Federation for a license, meet its requirements, and comply with its terms of use. These guidelines are necessary to inform and protect both the Circling Practitioners who have dedicated resources to studying and practicing the craft of Circling…and the people who seek out Circling professionals. By becoming an International Circling® Federation licensed practitioner, you are helping to preserve the meaning and potency of the term Circling®.
In addition to the ability to use the term Circling® in your marketing & description of services, licensed practitioners will have the opportunity to create a listing on the International Circling® Federation’s Directory of Certified Circling® Professionals to promote your skills and services to Circling Enthusiasts across the globe.
